Specifc workouts I’ve come up with and refer to by name:

10,000 Inches

10 rounds for time. Weighted with a 40# pack. Pack stays on throughout:

– 50 Stepups to 20″ box
– 5 Slasher-to-Halo (5 each side, 20kg)
– 5 Pushups

For added fun, do them in ski boots.
